30 Days, No Spending on Non-Essentials Purchases.
This tip is short and sweet. Work to go 30 days without spending money on non-essential purchases. Example: For most people, buying gas for your car is essential spending, while buying a large fancy cup of coffee is nonessential.
To get started, determine what is essential spending for you and your household, as well as what is not. Print our 30 Day No Spend Tracker. Place it on your vision board or in a spot where it will be frequently visible in your home. For each successful no spend day you have, cross out the corresponding number on the tracker. At the end of 30 days, total the amount of money you have saved by not spending money on non essential purchases.
Good Luck! You got this!!
